Biographies

Jacque Younger - Senior Consultant
Jacque Younger provides national and international experience for clients seeking maturity, objectiv-ity and creative marketing perspectives. Working with corporate clients and small businesses alike, Younger has gained a reputation as a proven initiator and strategic thinker who focuses on the bottom line and generating creative solutions.
Younger has excellent internal and external communication skills and puts them to work helping companies better serve their customers. She’s adept at developing customer-care programs and systems that increase recruitment, retention and evaluation of the customer. Since joining TransSynergy, she has developed customer retention programs for clients, developed collateral and Web sites and collaborated with corporate Customer Relationship Management teams to improve relationships with prospects, customers, suppliers and employees.
A native of New Zealand, Younger arrived in the United States in 1997. Since then, she has helped businesses with marketing and business planning, and served as marketing director of a commercial real-estate consulting firm. During her time there, she launched the company to national prominence with an effective, lead-generating advertising campaign in the Wall Street Journal. Jacque enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling to new places.
Andrea Lyons - Senior Consultant
Andrea Lyons specializes in business-to-business mar-keting and public relations. She assists clients in developing their messages and crafting them for the media. She has helped TransSynergy clients gain media exposure in targeted industry publications.
Prior to TransSynergy, Lyons was employed by AT&T and GTE to supervise and operate their marketing departments. While there, she doubled AT&T's goal to penetrate the wireless market within six months. At GTE, she doubled its long-distance customer base and consistently exceeded departmental revenue goals.
Lyons delivers results, whether she is talking to a reporter, developing a telemarketing campaign or implementing and managing marketing programs, such as direct-mail, advertising or corporate collateral (brochures, flyers, sales/ prospecting kits, Web sites). Lyons received her executive master’s of business administration degree from New York University and received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University.
Lyons’ passions include family, church and –– always –– a good laugh.
Theresa Savoy-Main - Senior Consultant
Theresa Savoy-Main helps businesses build relationships with customers and key channel partners. She designs and develops programs that strengthen strategic rela-tionships.
For more than 15 years, Savoy-Main has helped companies such as Andersen Consulting, Apple Computer Inc., Compaq, HP, Verizon (GTE) and Texas American Bancshares cultivate customer relationships and channel partnerships. Savoy-Main developed her “channel savvy” approach to marketing while working in the high tech, telecommunications, financial services and publishing industries.
In the technology market sectors, she has worked with manufacturers, independent software vendors, distributors, resellers and sales representative organizations. Theresa has also worked with vertical market divisions and local subsidiaries for a large bank holding company to deliver on-target market strategies and programs. She is the former director of corporate marketing for CompuCom Systems, a national provider of PC network services and equipment.
Theresa earned a master’s of business administration degree at the University of North Texas and a bachelor’s degree at Louisiana State University.
Bruce King - Senior Consultant
Bruce King specializes in program, product and technology management based upon 35+ years marketing and technical experience in the telecommunications industry. This background provides clients with experienced and proven consulting on project management, program manage-ment, product ideation/creation, product requirements definition, value-added services development, and business case development. Bruce is currently the Program Manager for Verizon OnLine’s transition of ownership of the Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire ISP services to FairPoint Communications. Prior to this responsibility, he led the migration of the Verizon Call Center network from AT&T to VerizonBusiness. Before that he program managed the Verizon OnLine transition of the Hawaiian ISP services to the Carlyle Group.
With Verizon/GTE, Bruce held various positions in sales and marketing. During assignments of territorial sales, major account sales and business product management, he developed a unique blend of marketing skills, technical competency, and product development. His ability to influence others toward a common goal was clearly demonstrated during his leadership on task teams for the development of new product processes and data competency initiatives.
One of Bruce’s unique skills is his ability to translate and communicate complex technologies into new product and service concepts. As manager of multiple labs at Verizon/GTE, Bruce led diverse disciplines in “electronic collaboration/ideation” that resulted in new service concepts being incorporated into business cases for broadband based “smart home” services. As a program/project manager, Bruce is very capable of crossing the lines of senior management, sales, engineering, IT and operations for the attainment of overall business objectives and results.
King received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. He balances his consulting career by spending time with his wife of over 30 years, his children, others in Christian fellowship and working on home improvement projects.
Ebbah Tokwe - Consultant
Ebbah Tokwe brings more than seven years of sales and marketing experience to TransSynergy. She is an enthusiastic, motivational team player with the ability to make sound business decisions in demanding environments. Her strengths are keen analytical skills that lead to timely informed decisions and improved processes.
Prior to moving to the US, she was a Relationship Manager for Beverly Building Society in Zimbabwe. After arriving in the US, Ebbah worked for First Horizon Bank building and retaining customer relationships, and also as a research analyst. She previously worked as a Financial Services Representative with First Independent National Bank where she called on small businesses to promote branch sales.
Ebbah attended the University of Zim-Institute of Bankers in Zimbabwe earning her BA degree. She arrived in the U.S. in 2000 to work toward earning her Masters Degree, and has made the decision to stay in the US.
